Founder of LumiRise, Ms. Zhang is a Berkeley Haas Executive MBA candidate based in California and brings over a decade of leadership experience at Fortune Global 500 financial institutions. She has extensive expertise in real estate and supply chain finance, including project sourcing and screening, due diligence, investment structuring, and post-investment management through exit. With more than ten years of cross-border investment experience, she has consistently supported professional investors—such as public companies, major financial institutions, and family offices—in executing overseas capital projects and global asset allocation strategies.
Qin Xuefeng
Founder
Founder of LumiRise, holder of a Ph.D. from the UK, and recipient of the "Peace Medal" Award for contributions to China-France cross-border initiatives in 2025. Prior to founding LumiRise, served as Director of the SRBS Cross-Boarder Innovation Institute in France and held executive leadership roles at top tech companies in the UK, France, and Germany. Beginning in 2023, spearheaded the establishment of a cross-border platform in the U.S.

As a holder of Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Electrical Engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer, Owen excels in data center product strategy, capital project execution, and cross-functional team leadership.
