Global entrepreneur and cross-border innovation leader with extensive experience spanning Europe, China, and the United States. Holder of a Ph.D. from the United Kingdom, Qin has held senior leadership roles at leading technology companies across the UK, France, and Germany, and previously served as Director of the SRBS Cross-Border Innovation Institute in France.

As Founder of LUMIRISE, he leads the company's global vision to build next-generation AI infrastructure and international technology partnerships. In 2025, he was awarded the Peace Medal for contributions to China–France cross-border cooperation. His international initiatives have been recognized by major media outlets including Xinhua News Agency, People's Daily, and Phoenix Television.

Technology executive with 15+ years of experience building large-scale cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and enterprise platforms. Owen has led engineering teams across AI infrastructure, cloud architecture, and high-performance computing environments.

At LUMIRISE, he oversees platform engineering, API architecture, security, and global system scalability.

AI product and machine learning leader with expertise in LLM deployment, model optimization, inference systems, and enterprise AI adoption. Ryan has worked across applied AI, product development, and model commercialization.
